Lapangan Banteng Park will Have Cafeteria

Jakarta Forestry Dept. is going to arrange the Lapangan Benteng Park on Jl. Lapangan Banteng Barat, Pasar Baru Urban Village, Sawah Besar, Central Jakarta. That is by making a cafeteria.

We hope the park can become an idol for local residents

Similar thing will also be executed at the bottom of West Irian Liberation Statue. Fund for its arrangement is obtained from corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Central Jakarta Forestry Dept. Head, Munjirin disclosed park arrangement would be executed this year. "Park fence will also be arranged here. We hope the park can become an idol for local residents," he expressed, Monday (2/13).

Lapangan Banteng Park and Ride to Be Built Soon

He assessed the park is one of five parks under the authority of the Forestry Dept. Other four parks are namely Suropati, Menteng, Situ Lembang and Kodok.

"This year, we will arrange Menteng and Lapangan Banteng parks. And the next step is routine maintenance," he finished.
